多孔Cr-TiO2/P3HT异质结薄膜的制备及光伏特性研究

SYNTHESIS AND PHOTOVOLTAIC PROPERTY OF POROUS Cr-TiO2/P3HT HETEROJUNCTION FILM

  • 摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法,利用聚乙二醇2 000(PEG 2 000),成功制备了多孔Cr掺杂TiO2(Cr-TiO2)纳米薄膜,并实现了PEG 2 000含量对Cr-TiO2薄膜多孔结构及其光透射特性的有效调制。对基于该多孔Cr-TiO2纳米薄膜组装的Cr-TiO2/P3HT异质结光伏特性的研究结果表明,随PEG 2 000含量的增加,Cr-TiO2薄膜微孔孔径及分布密度的增大有利于提高Cr-TiO2/P3HT异质结光伏器件的光电转换效率。讨论了PEG 2 000对Cr-TiO2薄膜结构及Cr-TiO2/P3HT异质结光伏特性的调制机理。实验结果为无机-有机聚合物异质结光伏器件的研究提供了基础实验数据。

     

    Abstract: Cr-TiO2 films with porous nanostructure were fabricated by simple sol-gel method using a prepared Cr-TiO2 with the addition of polyethylene glycol 2 000(PEG 2 000) and were used to assemble Cr-TiO2/P3HT heterojunction photovoltaic devices.The photovoltaic properties of Cr-TiO2/P3HT heterojunctions and the correlations between the photovoltaic properties of Cr-TiO2/P3HT and the structure parameters of porous Cr-TiO2 were studied in details.The results show that not only the porous structure and the spectral transmittance of the Cr-TiO2 films can be controlled by the amount of PEG 2 000,but also the power conversion efficiency of the Cr-TiO2/P3HT heterojunction can be well improved by increasing the amount of PEG 2 000 in Cr-TiO2 sol.The control mechanism of PEG 2 000 on the properties of porous Cr-TiO2 film and the Cr-TiO2/P3HT heterojunctions were analyzed.
