电子辐照介质表面电荷分布测量研究

INVESTIGATION OF SURFACE CHARGE DISTRIBUTION OF DIELECTRIC UNDER ENERGETIC ELECTRON BEAM IRRADIATION

  • 摘要: 在轨航天器与空间等离子体相互作用,可引起静电荷在卫星表面积累,产生静电放电,影响航天器的安全运行。基于静电电容原理,设计了表面电荷测量装置,并针对航天器常用的表面介质材料,利用建立的表面电荷测量装置,开展电子束辐照下表面电荷分布测量研究。研究结果可为表面带电效应的深入研究提供手段和参考。

     

    Abstract: The interaction of space plasma and spacecraft can produce charge accumulation on spacecraft surface dielectric material then cause discharge,which are the major cause of spacecraft abnormities on orbit.In order to further understand the spacecraft charging,based on electrostatic capacitance principle this paper describes an improved method which could measure the charge distribution on dielectric under irradiating of Energetic Electron Beam.Then with this method the charge distribution on dielectric surface of satellites is measured under energetic electron beam irradiation.The work can provide the perspective of the spacecraft charging problem.
