基于Lockheed模型的变密度多层绝热理论分析与实验

COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS OF VARIABLE DENSITY MULTILAYER INSULATION BASED ON THE LOCKHEED MODEL

  • 摘要: 采用Lockheed模型,对变密度多层绝热的传热过程进行了理论分析,提出了最佳层密度的概念,重点讨论了层密度与边界温度关系、层密度区域划分、层密度配置和最佳层密度下热流密度的变化。分析得出较优的3区域层密度绝热结构和影响热流密度变化的热边界温度范围。同时通过实验验证,结果与计算的结果较好的吻合。

     

    Abstract: Lockheed model calculated density multilayer insulation heat transfer,proposed the concept of optimal layer density,and focus on the connection with layer density boundary temperature,layer density zoning,configuration layer density and optimal layer density under the change of the heat flux.Analysis of the superior region of the 3 layer density insulation structure and main effects on heat flux density change in the thermal boundary temperature range.At the same time,experimental results and calculation results can be a good match.
