双波段3.0~5.0μm和7.0~10.0μm宽带增透膜的研究

STUDY OF DOUBLE-CHANNEL BROADBAND ANTIREFLECTION FILM FOR 3.0~5.0 μm AND 7.0~10.0 μm

  • 摘要: 为了增加红外窗口的透射率,研制了硫化锌基底上的双波段宽带增透膜。膜系设计采用硫化锌和氟化钇分别作为高、低折射率材料的多层膜结构。镀制的增透膜在中波红外和长波红外波段具有高的透射率,在3.0~5.0μm波段平均透射率大于92%,在7.0~10.0μm波段平均透射率大于90%,并且满足环境性能试验的要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the transmittance of infrared windows and domes,a dual-waveband antireflection coating on ZnS substrate is developed.The design involves a multi-layer structure of ZnS and YF3 as high and low refractive index coating materials.The experimental results show that the antireflection coatings have high transmission in the spectrum of medium-wave infrared and long-wave infrared.This structure shows an average transmission of greater than 92% in 3.0~5.0 μm range and 90% in 7.0~10.0 μm range.The coatings have endured for the environmental test.
