高低温环境下谐波减速器刚度测试技术研究

摘要: 谐波减速器处于高低温环境中,使用电机带动滑轮绳组实现谐波减速器输出端的弯矩或扭矩加载,使用激光干涉仪测量输出端受弯矩或扭矩后的偏转角,实现谐波减速器等部件在高低温环境下的弯曲刚度和扭转刚度测试,为极端温度条件下的力矩测试和角度测试提供了可行的方法,并可消除因测试设备自身变形产生的系统误差对刚度测试结果的影响。目前测试的温度范围为-65℃~+80℃。Abstract: To achieve the measurement of bend stiffness of mechanical parts like harmonic reducer under high or low temperature,laser interferometer was used to measure the deflection angle of the output of harmonic reducer under the torque moment or bend moment which was forced on through wire ropes driven by motor.Results show that this design could solve the problem that angle coder cannot be applied under extreme temperature,and could eliminate the effect on the result of stiff measurement caused by system errors of self-deformation of instrument.The present measuring temperature is in the range between-65 ℃ and +80 ℃.
