Abstract: One structure of Cryocooler cold head exchanger was brought forward at first. Based on finite element analysis calculation,the temperature field of the exchanger and improving methods were obtained. And then another new type of exchanger was found. Again the benefits of the new exchanger were proved with the finite element method.
