基于LIPS-200电推进系统在GEO卫星平台上的布局研究

STUDY ON LIPS-200 ELECTRIC PROPULSION SYSTEM CONFIGURATION ON GEO SATELLITE BUS

  • 摘要: 根据基于LIPS-200电推进系统组成和主要技术指标,结合平台构型和约束条件,通过分析研究确定了一种用于南北位置保持、可根据有效载荷承载需求进行选配的布局方案。该方案满足设备安装、管路焊接、热控实施、系统检漏、地面测试等方面的要求,并在平台初样电性星和结构星上进行了验证。理论计算表明,在卫星起飞质量、服务寿命不变的情况下,配置电推进系统时平台的有效载荷承载质量可提高约42.8%,因此具有良好的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: A configuration solution of electric propulsion system based on LIPS-200 thruster is put forward on GEO satellite bus,which could be applied to NSSK mission for GEO satellites if payloads need.The solution can meet all the AIT requirements such as units mounting,pipes welding,thermal implementation,system leak detection and ground tests,etc.It had been verified on bus's electrical model and structural model.In addition,with the same launch mass and serving life,satellites assembled with the LIPS-200 electric propulsion system can load about 42.8%more payloads in mass than the satellites that with only chemical propulsion system.Then,it is more economical.
