超纳米金刚石薄膜的性能和制备及应用

PROPERTIES PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF ULTRANANOCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND FILMS

  • 摘要: 超纳米金刚石具有优异的物理和化学性质,化学气相沉积法制备超纳米金刚石膜近年来引起了该领域相关研究人员的极大关注。文章对超纳米金刚石与其他CVD金刚石的性质进行了对比,对超纳米金刚石的生长机理进行了简要概述,着重分析了各种化学气相沉积技术制备超纳米金刚石的基本原理、特点及取得的研究成果,最后详细讨论了超纳米金刚石的应用和今后研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Ultrananocrystalline diamond has excellent physical and chemical properties. The ultrananocrystalline diamond films prepared by chemical vapor deposition draw great attention of researchers in recent years. In this paper, properties of ultrananocrystalline diamond and other CVD diamond were compared. The growth mechanism of ultrananocrystalline diamond were described concisely. The basic principles,characteristics and research achievements of the various chemical vapor deposition technique for preparing ultrananocrystalline diamond were explained briefly. Finally, the application of ultrananodiamond and further research were discussed in detail.
