空分装置氩气回收器的研究

RESEARCH ON ARGON RECOVERER OF AIR SEPARATION UNIT

  • 摘要: 氩气广泛应用于工业生产领域,在大气当中含量较少,一般通过深冷分离获得。氩气在应用过程中先将液氩产品贮存在低温贮槽内,然后通过液体泵或自增压加压气化后使用。由于低温贮槽与环境存在换热,导致部分氩气泄漏,造成了一定量的损失。为了回收这部分泄漏的氩气,研发了氩气回收器,其通过液氮冷源将贮槽蒸发氩气液化回收,然后再回到贮槽,实现了最大限度地提高氩的利用率目的,发挥较大的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Argon is widely used in the field of industrial production. The content of argon in atmosphere is less, which is generally obtained by cryogenic separation. Normally, liquid argon products are stored in cryogenic tanks and being pressurized and vaporized for use. However, due to heat transfer between cryogenic tanks and environment, parts of argon are evaporating cause to a certain loss. For purpose of recovering the evaporated argon, the argon recoverer is researched. It liquefies the evaporated argon through liquid nitrogen cold source, after which the liquefied argon is back to the tank. According to the operation of the existing plants, this device has been applied successfully. It maximizes the utilization rate of argon.
