航天薄膜材料力学性能评价及误差分析研究

ERROR ANALYSIS STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY EVALUATION OF SPACE THIN FILM MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 通过理论分析与试验研究,从薄膜材料、样品加工、拉伸试验及模拟试验四个角度,对空间环境下薄膜材料力学性能退化试验的误差来源及影响进行了研究,并得出以下结论:通过选用边缘光滑无毛刺的样品、拉伸方向为分子主链延伸方向的垂直方向、采用中间断裂样品的拉伸数据、控制薄膜拉伸方向与长度方向或薄膜平面方向的夹角小于8°以及控制试验参数等措施可以有效降低薄膜材料的力学性能拉伸误差。其中,当薄膜拉伸方向与长度方向或薄膜平面方向的夹角小于8°时,抗拉强度的误差小于1%,横向剪切力/拉力的比值为薄膜拉伸方向与长度方向的夹角的正切函数。

     

    Abstract: By theory analysis and test,some studies,which includs thin film material,sample preparation,elongation test and simulation test,are given to the error source and error control of mechanical property of space thin film material.And following measures can be used to decrease the error of mechanical property degradation test,which includes selecting samples with smooth rim;elongating in the direction of the normal direction of molecular principle chain,controlling the angle between elongation direction and length direction or thin film flat below 8°.When the angle above mentioned below 8°,the tensile strength will small than 1%.The ratio of shear force to tensile strength is tangential function of angle between elongation direction and length direction.
