CSNS氢循环真空系统的安全设计方法研究

STUDY ON SAFETY DESIGN METHOD OF CSNS HYDROGEN CIRCULATION VACUUM SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 因为氢具有易燃、易爆的危险特性,CSNS氢循环的真空系统设计,不仅要满足真空性能方面的要求,还需要采取一系列氢安全的防护措施,即氢安全设计方法,以保障真空系统的安全运行。首先,简要介绍了中国散裂中子源氢循环系统的原理及氢循环真空系统的组成,然后针对氢的危险特性及氢安全的相关知识,从氢安全设计的角度出发,详细介绍了爆炸性环境的分区及真空系统的安全设计方法。

     

    Abstract: Because of the flammability and explosibility of hydrogen,CSNS hydrogen circulation vacuum system design should not only satisfy the vacuum performance requirements,but also take a series of hydrogen safety measures,namely hydrogen safety design method,so as to ensure the safe operation of the vacuum system.First,briefly introduce the principle of hydrogen circulation system of China Spallation Neutron Source and compose of hydrogen circulation vacuum system.Then,according to the risk characteristics of hydrogen and related knowledge of hydrogen safety,starting from hydrogen safety design point of view,introduces zone definition of an explosive atmosphere the safety design method of vacuum system.
