内压缩流程空分设备的能耗影响因素研究

THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION ANALYSIS AND STUDY OF AN INTERNAL COMPRESSION PROCESS AIR SEPARATION EQUIPMENT

  • 摘要: 对当前空分技术及内压缩流程的应用作了简述, 对内压缩流程的三大流路、 最佳复热压力、 热端温差、 膨胀机中抽温度等能耗影响因素做了详尽地分析, 并对其进行了研究和探讨。结合当前空分技术的发展状况, 提出了空分系统的节能发展方向和具体措施。

     

    Abstract: For the current air separation technology and the application of an internal compression process, the three internal compression process flow, best after heat stress, the hot end temperature difference and expander in smoke temperature detailed analysis has been done for the factors affecting energy consumption, and the research and discussion.Combining with the development of the current state of the air separation technology, and puts forward the energy saving development direction and measures of the air separation system, hoping to promote the development of air separation industry.
