离子推力器放电室等离子体电势诊断方案研究

STUDY ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE PLASMA POTENTIAL INSIDE THE ION THRUSTER

  • 摘要: 放电室是离子推力器核心部件,目前国内尚未开展离子推力器的等离子体参数诊断工作。应用发射探针诊断离子推力器放电等离子体的参数,介绍了发射探针诊断等离子体电势的原理,发射探针诊断离子推力器放电室等离子体的方案及探针系统的组成。说明了数据处理方法和探针诊断的影响因素。

     

    Abstract: The discharge chamber is the most important component of the ion thruster, currently, the work of diagnosing of the plasma inside the discharge chamber has not been carried out. In this paper, the application of emissive probe in diagnosis the plasma inside the discharge chamber is introduced. The principle of diagnosing the plasma potential using the emissive probe, the diagnostic scheme and the composition of the emissive probe system are mainly introduced. The data processing method and the factors which effect diagnosing accuracy are demonstrated.
