压缩空气气水分离装置的发展现状及展望

THE CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS OF COMPRESSED AIR DRYER

  • 摘要: 作为有效动力源的压缩空气及其干燥技术,对各领域的可靠应用与节能降耗具有重要的作用。文章系统地介绍了国内外气水分离装置发展概况,以及冷冻式和吸附式压缩空气干燥的原理及装置,并对气水分离装置的发展方向和应用前景进行了简要分析,提出利用余热减少能耗和提高工作效率,是未来研究和发展的方向。

     

    Abstract: As an effective source of power,compressed air and its drying technology has an important role on reliable applications and energy saving in various fields.This paper systematically introduced the development overview of compressed air dryer domestic and aboard,as well as the principles and devices of refrigeration and adsorption dryers.In addition,it made a brief analysis of the direction and development prospects of separator device,and pointed out the using of waste heat,reducing energy consumption and improving the efficiency would be the main direction of future research and development.
