低气压环境对石英挠性加速度计的影响分析

ANALYSIS INFLUENCING THE QUARTZ-FLEXIBILITY-ACCELEROMETER IN THE LOW PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT

  • 摘要: 石英挠性加速度计作为高精度加速度敏感传感器可应用于航天器在轨微振动监测。介绍低气压环境对石英挠性加速度计的影响分析,说明了机理分析方法和实验验证结果,对标度因数的影响不超过0.1%,对测量准确度影响极小,可以忽略;通过山洞噪声实验,测试对比了石英摆片在1个大气压和3.9 Pa气压环境的噪声,说明气压环境对加速度计的测量精度影响不大。低气压环境影响分析结果可为石英挠性加速度计的长期在轨应用提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Quartz-flexibility-accelerometer,with high precision,can be used as sensitive acceleration to monitor microvibration of spacecraft on-orbit. This paper introduced the analysis result of influencing the accelerometer in the low pressure environment. It also illustrated the mechanism analysis and experiment results. The results showed that the effect to the scale factor was less than 0.1%, which had very little influence on the measurement accuracy and can be ignored. Through noise tests in the cave laboratory,this experiment tested and compared the noise of the quartz pendulum between one bar air pressure and 3.9 Pa air pressure environment. This result showed that the air pressure environment had very delicate influence on the measure precision of the accelerometer. The analysis result of the low pressure environment can provide some references to the long-term on-orbit application of quartz-flexibility-accelerometer.
