气氮热沉流场均匀性模拟研究

SIMULATION STUDY ON FLOW FIELD UNIFORMITY OF NITROGEN GAS HEAT SINK

  • 摘要: 热沉是空间环境模拟器中的重要分系统。文章主要介绍了热沉主管、支管、支管间距等关键结构因素是怎样影响气氮热沉流场的均匀性。研究方法采用目前常用的数值模拟,在计算机上借助成熟的有限元分析软件(ANSYS)实现模拟计算的过程。在计算时选用ANSYS中的Fluent计算模块,计算模型采用的是K-#模型。通过模拟计算,得到这些关键结构因素对气氮热沉流场均匀性影响规律。利用这些规律,为热沉结构设计提供参考依据,同时为研发出性能优越的环模设备做出贡献。

     

    Abstract: The heat sink is an important subsystem of the space environment simulator. This paper described the key structural factors including the main pipe of heat sink、branch pipe、pipe spacing and other factors, which was how to affect the heat sink flow field uniformity of nitrogen gas. Research method was numerical simulation,with mature finite element analysis software on the computer (ANSYS)to realize simulated calculation of the process. The FLUENT calculation module was used to calculate,and the model of calculation was K-#model. Through simulated calculation,the aim was to get the key structure factors on nitrogen gas flow field uniformity of heat sink. Using these rules,we can provide the reference for the heat sink structures design,and also make contribution to develop the superior performance of the space environment simulator.
