60Co γ-辐照对硅橡胶GD414损伤机理的研究

STUDY ON FAILURE MECHANISM OF SILICON RUBBER GD414 INDUCED BYGAMMA IRRADIATION

  • 摘要: 60Co γ-射线辐照会对聚合物材料性能产生影响。本文通过力学实验,真空出气实验以及红外光谱(FTIR)、光电子能谱(XPS)分析测试方法,获得了60Co γ-辐照下硅橡胶GD414的力学性能和总质损(TML)特性,研究了该种胶粘剂在辐照条件下的损伤机理。结果表明:伽马辐照对材料性能影响明显,辐照后力学性能先上升后下降,总质损下降显著;通过这两种性能的变化规律推测了GD414在辐照条件下以交联为主的反应机理;结合红外光谱、光电子能谱分析结果,进一步验证了这一结论。

     

    Abstract: The performance parameter of polymeric substance will be affected by the irradiation of 60Co γ-Ray. In this paper, the influence of radiation on the mechanical property and TML of the silicon rubber GD414 were studied and the failure mechanism were inferred by several methods, such as the mechanics test, the vacuum out-gassing test, FTIR and XPS. The mechanics property decreased after an obvious increase. The TML decreased significantly. Those significant changes provided information for inferring the mechanism of crosslinking reaction. The FTIR and XPS analysis result could prove it.
