双温区双冷指斯特林制冷机连管的设计

DESIGN OF PIPELINE IN STIRLING TYPE CRYOCOOLER WITH DOUBLE COLD FINGERS IN DIFFERENT COOLING TEMPERATURE

  • 摘要: 斯特林制冷机具有制冷温度低、制冷效率高、结构紧凑、工作寿命长等特点,已成为空间应用的主力机型。为了满足空间红外相机系统不同制冷温度和制冷量的应用需求,设计了一台由单压缩机驱动两台膨胀机的新型斯特林制冷机,介绍了该制冷机的结构及其特点;对连管进口气体波动采用恒定流速处理,然后从管道夹角和管径两方面入手,找出符合设计要求气体分配方案,最后对比各自方案的空容积和流动阻力,获得最佳方案。

     

    Abstract: Stirling type cryocooler has been widely used in space infrared remote sensor system for its excellent properties such as low refrigeration temperature, high refrigeration efficiency, compact structure and long working life. A stirling type cryocooler, who uses one compressor drives two individual expanders, is designed to meet special space requirement. The structure and characteristics of this cryocooler are introduced. The velocity of inlet gas, which is fluctuant in fact, is simplified to be contant. By changing the intersection angles of the outlet pipelines and the inner diameters of the pipelines, several appropriate designs are seleced. The final design is selected by comparing their useless spaces and flow resistances.
