基于分段阶跃响应法的制冷系统传递函数辨识

SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION OF REFRIGERATING SYSTEM TRANSFER FUNCTION BY PARTITION STEP-RESPONSE

  • 摘要: 制冷系统的系统原理复杂,难以利用机理分析法推导出准确的系统模型。提出一种基于分段阶跃响应法的系统传递函数辨识方法,对某脉管制冷系统进行分段阶跃响应试验,利用Matlab对试验数据进行处理,辨识出系统的分段传递函数。传函表明随着焦面温度的降低,系统的稳态增益呈减小趋势,与理论推导相吻合,印证了方法的有效性,获取模型为后续制冷系统的控制算法的设计奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: System identification of refrigerating system is hard to realize by mechanism analysis because of the complexity of system.This paper proposes a method based on partition step-response to get the transfer function of a refrigerating system.According to an experiment,the transfer function we get indicates that as the temperature of the FPA grows,the steady-state gain of the system decreases which verifies the theoretical derivation.It has set up a foundation for the development of the system control algorithm.
