基于Regen 3.2对斯特林制冷机回热器的优化

OPTIMIZE IN THE REGENERATOR OF STIRLING TYPE CRYOCOOLER BASED ON REGEN 3.2

  • 摘要: 星载牛津型斯特林制冷机具有长寿命、高可靠性等特点,已经广泛应用于卫星红外对地探测器的冷却系统,应用回热器模拟软件Regen3.2,在回热器尺寸已确定的情况下对某星载斯特林样机回热器结构参数以及冷端质量流、回热器平均压力、运行频率、冷端压比等运行参数进行优化,以提高制冷效率及制冷量。

     

    Abstract: Sitirling type cryocooler has been profoundly used in space infrared remote sensor system for its high reliability and long working life.In the case of dimensions of the regenerator that we will optimize the structural parameters and other operating parameter of the stirling type crycooler such as the mass flow in the cold end,average pressure,average frequency and the cold end compression ratio based on Regen3.2 to improve the refrigeration efficiency and refrigeration power.
