常压微波等离子体炬装置的研究及应用进展

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE MICROWAVE PLASMA TORCH DEVICE

  • 摘要: 常压微波等离子体炬有着优异的性能,具有广泛的应用前景,常压微波等离子体炬装置的研究受到研究人员和工业界的广泛关注。文章对常压微波等离子体炬的性质、装置及应用等方面的研究成果进行了简要概述,着重阐述了常压微波等离子体炬装置的基本原理,对各种装置的优、缺点进行了分析。最后详细讨论了常压微波等离子体炬装置的应用和今后研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Atmospheric pressure microwave plasma torch has excellent performance and a wide application prospect, the study of atmospheric pressure microwave plasma torch device received extensive attention of the researchers and industry. In this paper,the nature,installation and application of the atmospheric pressure microwave plasma torch,were explained briefly. The basic principle of atmospheric pressure microwave plasma torch device was emphatically elaborated, and the advantages and disadvantages of various devices were analyzed. Finally,the application of atmospheric pressure microwave plasma torch device and the research direction in the future were discussed in detail.
