低轨道高压太阳电池阵充放电效应防护薄膜技术研究

THE STUDY OF DEFENDING FILM OF LEO SATELLITE HIGH-VOLTAGE SOLAR ARRAY CHARGING EFFECT

  • 摘要: 星用高压太阳电池阵已得到越来越多的应用,但其充放电效应防护问题仍未得到彻底解决,限制了其在低轨道航天器的应用。提出了一种星用高压太阳电池阵充放电防护薄膜技术,通过隔离太阳电池表面与空间等离子体的相互作用,从而防止充放电效应发生。防护薄膜具有ITO/硅氧烷/透明基底的复合结构,其透过率超过90%。验证试验结果表明,防护薄膜可以有效防止高压太阳电池阵在低轨道环境中发生充放电现象。

     

    Abstract: Satellite high-voltage solar array has been applied more and more,but the on-orbit anomalies and failures of the satellite occurred sometimes,because of the charging effect on high-voltage solar array. This paper present a defending film of satellite high-voltage solar array charging effect. This film can avoid the charging effect,by preventing the interaction between solar array and space plasma. The structure of this film is ITO/HMDSO/transparent film,transparent conductive of the film is more than 90%. The charging effect protection ability of this film has been tested,the results proved the film would avoid the charging effect,when high-voltage solar array fly in the LEO environment.
