高速飞行器外热流模拟试验装置研究

THE STUDY OF HEAT FLUX SIMULATION TESTER FOR SUPER-SPEEDING FLIGHT VEHICLE

  • 摘要: 介绍了气动热模拟的常规试验方法,针对某高速飞行器使用环境条件,设计并搭建了一套基于高频感应加热的高速飞行器外热流模拟试验装置,并通过试验验证表明,该装置能有效模拟飞行器在气动加热条件下的外表面温度及温升状态,并通过温度控制器将温度控制在要求的范围内。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced the general experiment method of simulation system of transient aerodynamic heating. In allusion to the environment condition of some super-speeding flight vehicle,designed and built a suit of heat flux simulation tester for super-speeding slight vehicle based on high frequency heating. The examination proved that the simulation tester simulated the out surface temperature and calefactive state under aerodynamic heating,at the same time the temperature controller changed the temperature to the acceptable range.
