板翅式换热器研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF PLATE FIN HEAT EXCHANGER

  • 摘要: 板翅式换热器是一种高效、紧凑的换热设备。介绍了板翅式换热器的近年来国内外研究进展,数值模拟技术在板翅式换热器设计中的应用、翅片传热及表面流动特性、新型翅片结构、影响流体分配特性的封头、分配器及流道结构、优化设计方法及在新领域应用等,并对板翅式换热器发展前景进行了展望,提出在设计过程中将CFD技术与理论分析、试验研究有机结合,多目标优化设计与多算法交叉应用以及新材料与新工艺的发展是未来的研究和发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Plate-fin heat exchanger (PFHE) is an efficient,compact heat transfer equipment. The domestic and foreign research progress on the plate-fin heat exchanger in recent years is reviewed,emphatically introduces the design of PFHE based on numerical simulation technology,heat transfer and flow characteristics of different fin structures,new fin structures,head,distributor and channel structure which influence the distribution performance,optimization design methods,new fields of application at home and abroad. Some prospects and suggestions of the application and development of PFHE are discussed. The research and development directions in the future,such as:combining CFD technology with theory and experimental research in the design,multi-objective optimization designing,Multi-algorithm crossly using,new material and new technology are proposed.
