红外用微型节流制冷器耗气量实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON GAS CONSUMPTION OF A JOULE-THOMSON COOLER FOR IR-DETECTORS

  • 摘要: 微型节流制冷器具有体积小、重量轻、可靠性高、启动速度快、冷端无运动部件等突出优势在红外导引头中广泛应用。不同类型节流制冷器的耗气量不一样,节流制冷器耗气量的大小决定了弹上气瓶的体积、重量、工作时间等。对微型制冷器的耗气量进行了实验研究,对比分析了4种节流制冷器在不同条件下的耗气量,为节流制冷器在不同场合下为工程应用提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: With the advantages of small size,light weight,high reliability,quick start and the cold end without moving part,miniature JT cryocooler is wildly applied in infrared seeker. Gas consumption is different for different types of JT cooler. The volume,weight,working time of an infrared seeker bottle is determined by a JT cryocooler's gas consumption. We have done some experimental research on Gas consumption about four kinds of Joule-Thomson Cooler in different condition. Some advices are supplied for different engineering applications by the research.
