空间制冷机温控精度研究

RESEARCH OF SPACE CRYOCOOLER TEMPERATURE CONTROLLING PRECISION

  • 摘要: 提高空间制冷机温度控制精度,对提高空间制冷机工作稳定性至关重要。通过仿真分析了在不同的白噪声强度下,采用过采样的方法获得更高的分辨率时,噪声强度和采样次数之间的关系。在白噪声强度固定的前提下,考虑到软件的执行效率和执行时间,通过适当增加采样次数,可以显著提高AD采集分辨率。从而在以高分辨率AD数据为温度数据输入时,达到温度控制精度更高的目的。

     

    Abstract: Upgrading space cryocooler temperature controlling precision is very important to space cryocooler work stability. By emulate analysis,this paper obtain that in different white noise intensity,a optimal value is existed between the noise intensity and the oversampling frequency,when use oversampling method to obtain a better resolution. Under the premise of the white noise intensity fixed,taking into account the execution efficiency and execution time of the software, the AD acquisition resolution can be improved significantly by properly increasing the sampling times. So the high resolution AD data is input to the temperature data can get a higher accuracy of temperature control.
