大型空间环境模拟试验设备的检漏

LEAK DETECTION OF THE LARGE SPACE ENVIRONMENTAL SIMNULATION TEST EQUIPMENT

  • 摘要: 空间环境模拟试验设备属于大容器范围,为了保证大型空间环境模拟试验设备的密封性能,像所有大容器一样,仅仅在设备加工阶段或安装完毕后去进行检漏是远远不够的。大型空间环境模拟试验设备的检漏,应贯穿于设备设计、零部件的加工、设备的安装、调试的各个阶段,并提出了各阶段检漏工作的具体内容。对该设备的泄漏检测主要采用氦质谱检漏技术,如喷吹法、真空检漏盒法以及氦罩法等。针对大容器检漏中灵敏度不足的问题,在总漏率的测试中提出了真空室累积法,并详细介绍了其测试步骤。

     

    Abstract: Space environment simulation test equipment falls within the scope of a large container. In order to ensure the sealing performance of large space environmental simulation test equipment,like all large container,leak detection only in equipment processing stage or after the installation is not enough. Leak detection of the large space environmental simulation test equipment is necessary throughout the design of equipment,spare parts processing,equipment installation and debugging stages,and we put forward the specific content of leak detection in different stages of the work. Leak detection for this equipment mainly USES the helium mass spectrometer leak detection technology,such as injection method,vacuum leak detection method and the helium method,etc. Aiming at the problem of insufficient sensitivity in a large container leak detection,the total leakage rate test of vacuum chamber accumulation method was proposed,and introduces the testing steps in detail.
