低温泵系统的故障分析与排除

DYSFUNCTION ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION SOLUTION OF CRYOPUMP SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 低温泵主要用于核工业、航空、航天工业,尤其在载人航天、运载火箭、大型加速器、空间有效载荷等重大科技工程中得到广泛的应用,提供所需的真空环境。在长期使用低温泵的过程中,认真总结低温泵在使用过程中出现的故障,并分析加以排除。对低温泵在运行中的故障分析和排除以及设备的维护提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Cryopump system provides vacuum environment needed and is mainly used in nuclear industry, aviation industry and space industry, especially in national large science and technology projects such as manned spaceflights, launch vehicles, large acceleraters and space payloads, etc.. This paper summarize the failure causes and debugging methods of the cryopump system in operation, and will provide reference for failure analysis and elimination, equipment maintenance during cryopump system operations.
