空间有害气体自动监测装置的设计和实验

DESIGN AND EXPERIMENT OF AUTOMATIC MONITORING EQUIPMENT OF HARMFUL GAS IN SPACE

  • 摘要: 有害气体自动监测装置通过2个气体传感器,有效监测大型燃气储存空间和大型气体储罐的有害气体浓度。一旦浓度超出报警限定值,就能发报警信号,并自动开启排风系统把有害气体排出室外。通过对装置的主要子系统进行详细阐述,借助数值模拟和实验论证了装置的可行性。结果显示,该装置具有成本低、操作方便、自动化程度高等优点。

     

    Abstract: The harmful gas automatic monitoring device with the aid of 2 gas sensors can effectively monitor the concentration of harmful gas such as large gas storage space and large gas storage tanks. Once the concentration exceeds the limit value of the alarm,the alarm signal can be sent out,and automatically open the exhaust system to discharge the harmful gas from the outdoor. The main system of the device is described in detail,and the feasibility of the device is demonstrated by means of numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that the device has the advantages of low cost,convenient operation and high automation degree.
