带次流道的波状细通道热沉流动特性研究

FLOW CHARACTERISTICS OF WAVE MINI-CHANNEL HEAT SINK WITH SECONDARY PASSAGES

  • 摘要: 为探究次流道对细通道热沉流动性能的影响,使用CFD软件对有无次流道的细通道热沉进行数值模拟,分析表明,通过三种不同结构形状的细通道热沉流动特性的研究,说明结构变化后细通道热沉的流动性能减弱,在通道内流体的流动的情况下必然损耗泵的功能。细通道同弯曲部分的流体会产生速度偏移,次流能影响相邻细通道内流体的流动特性。

     

    Abstract: CFD software is used to investigate secondary passages for the effect on fluid flow mini-channel heat sinks.Through research on characteristics of mini-channnel heat sink of three different structures,we conclude that properties of mini-channel heat sink decrease with changes on structure,thus consumption occurs while flowing happans.The twist parts on mini-channel causes velocity shifts,flow characteristics of fluid in adjacent channels can be influenced by secondary flow.
