月球着陆器无损检测方法研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE METHOD OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING FOR LUNAR LANDER

  • 摘要: 分析了着陆器受着陆冲击可能的损伤模式,提出了采用脉冲涡流无损检测的方法对着陆器着陆前后的状态变化进行在线检测,研制了无损检测探头,并通过试验测试验证了方法的可行性;针对空间应用时较大的温度变化导致损伤信号因温漂难以识别问题,提出了温度传感器配合无损检测探头同时工作,对检测数据进行温度补偿,利用补偿后的检测数据随温度线性变化的关系,检测数据对应曲线等截距的特点,通过检测曲线的截距描述温度变化时的损伤状态,使得该测试方法具备了工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzed the defect patterns of the lunar lander impacted by landing,and advised that developing on-line nondestructive testing to diagnose the lander before and after landing by using pulsed eddy current method,the method was conformed feasibly through experiments.For the damages mis-recognition caused by temperature drifting in the space wide temperature scope,it is suggested that the data could be compensated by the cooperation of the probe and the temperature transducer,and the compensated data vary linearly,the intersect varied regularly.The state changes could be recognized by the variation of the intersection curve Vs temperature,thus the method exhibited potential engineer values.
