密闭空间非金属材料出气模型研究进展

PROGRESS IN NONMETALLIC MATERIALS VOC EMISSION IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER

  • 摘要: 非金属材料因其物化性能优越,在宇宙飞船、导弹发射坑道和潜艇等密闭空间中应用广泛,由于使用过程中通常会释放出各种有毒、有害的挥发性有机物(VOC),非金属材料已经成为密闭空间中VOC的重要污染源。近年来,国内外在密闭空间内非金属材料VOC的散发特性的研究方面上取得了很大进展。根据现阶段发现的不同类型非金属材料的VOC散发特性,归纳了常见的经验模型及理论模型,并分析了密闭空间非金属材料VOC的散发特性。提出了建立典型密闭空间——长期载人飞行中乘员舱内的非金属材料VOC散发模型的几点建议。

     

    Abstract: Nonmetallic material has been used widely on airtight container because of its superior performance.However,nonmetallic material releases VOC while being used so that it has become the largest pollution VOC source in airtight container.This article introduces the studies of nonmetallic materials VOC emission characteristics in airtight container.Depending on different types of nonmetallic materials VOC emission characteristics,summarizes normal experiential models and theoretical models,and analyzes nonmetallic materials VOC emission characteristics in airtight container.We propose several advices to build up the nonmetallic materials VOC emission model in the typical airtight container-the long-term manned space craft cabin.
