LIPS-300离子推力器放电室设计及实验研究

DESIGN AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LIPS-300 ION THRUSTER DISCHARGE CHAMBER

  • 摘要: 梳理了放电室工程化设计的基本流程,包括磁场位形设计、几何构型设计、磁极数设计、供气方式设计以及关键参数设计,其中关键参数又包括长径比、磁极位置、磁钢尺寸、阴极位置等。按照上述流程,完成了LIPS-300放电室设计,并通过仿真分析、实验数据对设计的结果进行了验证,证明设计的柱形磁铁四级场、直锥双段放电室,无论放电损耗、束流平直度均优于三级场放电室。

     

    Abstract: The essential design procedure about discharge chamber are presented in this paper,it includes magnetic field,geometric texture,the number of magnetic poles,neutral atoms distribution method and the key parameters.It is divided into length diameter ratio,poles position,magnet size,cathode position.Design and development of discharge chamber of LIPS-300 ion thruster was completed following the procedure noted above.At last,the performance of the discharge chamber is analyzed and tested by simulated analysis and actual experimental data.The ultimate result is the discharge loss and beam flatness of four ring-cusp magnetic fields is better than those of three rings.
