柔性板弹簧的制作与疲劳分析

MANUFACTURE AND FATIGUE ANALYSIS OF FLEXIBLE PLATE SPRING

  • 摘要: 国内对低温制冷机用柔性板弹簧的性能研究还没有形成完善的分析方法,诸多文献只是从柔性板弹簧的应力极限和刚度两个方面进行分析,因此从多方面进一步完善对柔性板弹簧的性能研究就显得十分有价值。对Sunpower弹簧的疲劳寿命进行了理论估算,并用ANSYS软件模拟了板弹簧的损伤云图和安全系数云图,分析出疲劳破坏位置,同时分析了各种加工工艺的优缺点,选用化学蚀刻技术加工板弹簧,并利用TSL系列拉压试验机对其刚度进行了测试,结果表明柔性板弹簧的刚度和弹簧材料的硬度并无关系。

     

    Abstract: The performance study of flexible spring which is used for cryogenic refrigerator has not formed a complete analysis method.Many literatures have just analyzed from two aspects:stress limit and stiffness of flexure spring. Therefore,it appears to be very valuable to further study the properties of flexure spring in other aspects.In this paper,the fatigue life of Sunpower spring was estimated,and the damage and the safety factor chart was simulated by Ansys software.The damage location of flexure spring could be obtained.At the same time,a variety of processing technologies are analyzed and the flexure spring was etched chemically,and the axial stiffness of flexure spring was tested by the TSL series tension and compression testing machine.The results showed that material hardness does not affect the stiffness of spring.
