涡流室直径对涡流管性能的影响

THE EFFECT OF VORTEX CHAMBER DIAMETER ON THE PERFORMANCE OF A VORTEX TUBE

  • 摘要: 以高压气体为工质,对配有不同涡流室内径的涡流管冷热分离效应进行数值模拟研究,并获得了不同结构的涡流管随冷流比变化的制冷制热结果,以及等熵效率曲线。研究表明,随着冷流比的增加,涡流管制冷温差逐渐减小,制热温差逐渐增大,而等熵效率逐渐减小。当冷流比为0.28左右时,涡流管能获得最大的单位制冷量。通常装有较大涡流室的涡流管能获得更好能量分离效果。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the pressured air is used as the working fluid,and the numerical simulation was carried out for the energy separation effect of the vortex tube with different vortex chambers.The cooling,heating effects and the isentropic efficiency curves of the vortex tube with different structures were obtained.The research shows that:with the increase of the ratio of the cold flow,the cooling temperature difference and the entropy efficiency decrease gradually,while the thermal temperature difference increases gradually.When the cold flow ratio is about 0.28,the vortex tube has the maximum unit cooling capacity.And the vortex tube with larger vortex chamber usually has better energy separation effects.
