大电流冲击对空心阴极放电影响的研究

STUDY OF INSTANTANEOUS HIGH CURRENT IMPULSE ON HOLLOW CATHODE DISCHARGE

  • 摘要: 通过试验方法验证了外加于阳极上的瞬时大电流冲击对空心阴极放电的影响,在高于10-3 Pa真空度的环境下,利用外加阳极板与阴极构成三极管放电结构,在阳极板上施加不同幅值的大电流,同时使用示波器监测阴极电参数波形变化。研究发现,高于35 A的瞬时电流冲击会导致阴极发射电流在30 ms时间内掉落到0 A,随后缓慢恢复正常值。不同孔径阴极的抗冲击能力存在差异,而且对于同一阴极而言,在不同的工作点下其抗冲击能力亦存在差异。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the effect of instantaneous high current impulse on the cathode discharge is verified by the experimental method.Under the environment of higher than 10E-5 Pa vacuum,the anode structure and the cathode are used to form the triode discharge structure.Value of the high current,colleagues uses the oscilloscope to detect the cathodic electrical parameters of the waveform changes.The study found that an instantaneous current shock above 35A would cause the cathode emission current to drop to 0A within 30ms and then slowly rise to normal values.There is a difference in the impact resistance of the cathodes with different pore diameters,and there is also a difference in impact resistance at different operating points for the same cathode.
