航天器推进剂泄漏检测技术研究进展

RESERACH PROGRESS ON LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY OF SPACECRAFT PROPELLANT

  • 摘要: 推进剂是确保航天器正常运行的动力来源,需要使用密封容器进行贮存,发生泄漏将严重影响航天器的工作性能,航天任务中开展推进剂泄漏检测是一种提高航天器可靠性的有效手段。从航天器中常用的常温液体、低温液体、气体等三种推进剂的特点出发,介绍了航天器推进剂泄漏检测需求和常用泄漏检测方法分析等内容,分析了不同泄漏检测方法的适用场合和国内外研究进展,为后续航天器用推进剂泄漏检测技术研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Propellant is the power source to ensure the normal operation of spacecraft. It should be stored in sealed containers for leakage can seriously affects work performance of spacecraft. The leak detection is an effective way to improve reliability of space mission. Based on the characteristics of three kinds of propellants, such as room temperature liquid propellant, cryogenic liquid propellant, gas propellant, this paper introduced the requirement analysis of leak detection for spacecraft propellant and the method analysis of common leak detection, analyzed the application situation and research progress of different leak detection methods at home and abroad. It provides a reference for technology research of leak detection on spacecraft propellant in future.
