低温脉动热管的发展现状及展望

THE CURRENT SITUATION AND PROSPECTS OF CRYOGENIC OSCILLATING HEAT PIPE

  • 摘要: 脉动热管是一种性能优良的传热元件,在电子设备散热、超导冷却、能量收集等方面具有广阔的发展前景。根据低温脉动热管的原理和特点,分析了中高温脉动热管和低温脉动热管的不同。总结了低温脉动热管理论和实验的研究现状和发展趋势,指出目前低温脉动热管研究存在的问题,提出了未来的研究和发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Cryogenic oscillating heat pipe was considered as a high performance heat transfer unit, and was suited for cooling superconducting magnet, electronic devices and harvesting energy. The principle and characteristics of cryogenic oscillating heat pipe were illustrated, and the differences between cryogenic and medium-high temperature oscillating heat pipes were analyzed. The development of cryogenic oscillating heat pipe on the theoretical model and experiment was reviewed. and some existing technical problems based on research status were pointed out, some future development requirements of cryogenic oscillating heat pipe were also proposed.
