脉管制冷机回热器各参数关联性研究

RESEARCH ON THE CORRELATION OF PARAMETERS IN PULSE TUBE CRYOCOOLER REGENERATOR

  • 摘要: 在脉管制冷机回热器优化设计中,涉及诸多结构参数和运行参数,各参数之间具有一定的关联性。为了使回热器达到最佳性能,需要对每个参数循环迭代优化,整个流程将非常繁杂。基于回热器数值计算程序REGEN,对脉管制冷机回热器各参数之间的关联性进行了研究,并根据各参数之间关联性的强弱对设计流程进行了简化,以期对脉管制冷机回热器的工程实践提供指导。

     

    Abstract: Many structural parameters and operating parameters are involved in the design of pulse tube cryocooler regenerator, and there is a correlation between each parameter. In order to achieve the best performance of the regenerator, it is necessary to optimize every parameter, but the process will be very complicated. Based on regenerator program REGEN, the correlation of parameters in pulse tube cryocooler regenerator was researched, and the process of design and optimizing was simplified according to the correlation of parameters. This is expected to provide convenient reference for practical design of regenerators.
