高压太阳电池电流收集效应仿真分析研究

STUDY OF CURRENT COLLECTION OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE SOLAR ARRAY IN THE LOW EARTH ORBIT

  • 摘要: 高压太阳电池阵与低轨道空间等离子体相互作用产生的电流收集效应能够导致太阳电池的功率损失,降低并限制电池的供电效率。因此,针对低轨道高压太阳电池的电流收集效应,首先基于充电平衡过程分析了高压太阳电池电流收集增强效应的机理。然后建立简化的太阳电池模型,通过PIC(Particle-In-Cell)方法研究了不同工作电压下电池玻璃盖片发射二次电子以及太阳电池收集电流过程,研究结果表明,盖片发射二次电子参与了太阳电池的电流收集,导致了太阳电池的闪弧效应。

     

    Abstract: The interaction between high voltage solar arrays(HVSA)and space plasma of low earth orbit can cause the power loss of HVSA. In order to study the current collection of the high voltage solar array in low earth orbit, the basic theory and mechanism of current collection of HVSA in LEO was studied through analyzing the charging process of coverglass. Then the secondary electron emitting from cover-glass with different applied voltage and current collection of the HVSA was investigated by PIC(Particle-In-Cell)method. The simulation results indicate that the secondary electrons were collected by HVSA and result in Snapover.
