微型空调线性压缩机动磁式直线电机结构参数模拟研究

SIMULATION OF STRUCTURAL PARAMETERS ON MOVING-MAGNET LINEAR MOTOR FOR MINIATURE-SCALE AIR-CONDITIONING LINEAR COMPRESSOR

  • 摘要: 微型空调在电子器件冷却及人体空调方面具有重要的发展前景,采用动磁式电机驱动的线性压缩机可用于微型空调系统。通过Ansoft Maxwell二维瞬态场分析软件建立了动磁式直线电机模型,详细研究了动磁式直线电机的外轭铁厚度及形状、内轭铁厚度和永磁体长度等结构参数对电机性能的影响,获得了线圈电流、铜损、电感、电磁力、比推力和位移振幅的变化曲线。模拟结果对动磁式线性压缩机的设计与研制具有重要的理论价值和工程意义。

     

    Abstract: Miniature-scale air-conditioning has important development prospects in the electronic device cooling and human air conditioning. The moving-magnet linear compressor can be used for miniature-scale air-conditioning system. A simulation model for moving-magnet linear motor was built up by the software of Ansoft Maxwell. The influence of the structural parameters such as the thickness and shape of the outer yoke, the thickness of the inner yoke and the length of the permanent magnet on the performance of the motor were studied in detail. The change curves of coil current, copper loss, inductance, electromagnetic force, specific thrust and displacement amplitude were obtained. The simulation results are of great theoretical and engineering significance for the design and development of moving-magnet linear compressors.
