基于色谱分析技术的航天器热管检漏方法研究

STUDY OF THE LEAK DETECTION OF SPACECRAFT HEAT PIPE BASED ON THE GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

  • 摘要: 针对航天器热控系统中热管的高密封性能要求,以及特殊的传热工质,分析现存检漏方法存在的问题,提出使用色谱分析技术对热管进行检漏。介绍了基于色谱技术的热管检漏工作原理,检漏系统设计,试验方法和数据处理等,并对工质为乙烷的气液两相、漏率在10-8Pa·mμ/s量级的热管进行检漏,为将来热管以及示漏物质是特殊工质的被检件检漏工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the high sealing performance of heat pipe in spacecraft thermal control system is required,and a lot of study on leak detection of the heat pipe whose working medium is special heat transfer medium are carried out.For solving this question,the existing leak detection methods are analyzed.The leak detection of heat pipe based on chromatographic analysis technique is introduced.This paper introduces the working principle of leak detection of heat pipe using chromatographic technique,the design of the leak detection experiment system,experimental method data processing method.The heat pipe whose working medium is gas-liquid two phase flow of C2H6 is leak tested,its leakage rate is in the order of 10-8 Pa·m3/s,that provides a reference for the future of the heat pipe leaking detection.
