实验条件对碳纤维预浸料挥发分含量的影响

EFFECTS OF MEASUREMENT ON VOLATILE COMPONENT OF CARBON FIBER PREPREG

  • 摘要: 挥发分含量反映着基体材料的黏性和流动性,是评定碳纤维预浸料质量的一个重量指标,挥发分测试至关重要,制约着复合材料的工艺成型过程和制品最终的使用性能。研究了两种实验条件对挥发分含量的影响。在烘箱内鼓风和不鼓风的情况下分别测定了不同氰酸酯体系碳纤维预浸料挥发分;并选用了不同直径收集器对氰酸酯体系预浸料挥发分进行测试,结果表明,两种测试条件对挥发分含量测试结果均有一定的影响,烘箱内鼓风开启时测得的挥发分含量较大;采用直径较大的收集器测得的挥发分含量比直径较小的收集器测得的数据小,为碳纤维预浸料挥发分含量的准确测定提供了参考数据。

     

    Abstract: Volatile component can reflect viscosity and fluidity of matrix material,which is an important quality index of carbon fiber prepreg samples.And the measurement of the content of volatile component is critical,which confines the moulding process of composite and the end use of product.Volatile component of different carbon fiber prepreg samples were determined on different conditions.Tests were performed in ovens with the blower on or off and with weighing dishes of different diameters.According to the results of tests,effects of measurement on determination of volatile component in cyanate ester resin prepreg samples are investigated.Volatile component of carbon fiber prepreg samples is more in ovens with the blower on than with the blower off,and what's more the less volatile component,the bigger weighing dishes of different diameters.
