真空封口接头环境适应性改进研究

ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF VACUUM SEALING JOINT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY

  • 摘要: 真空封口接头是连接低温设备真空腔与抽真空设备之间的接头,其可靠性直接影响抽真空效果,以及真空腔内的漏放速率、真空寿命等指标,目前的真空封口接头采用两道密封,封口罩钎焊到管路上,密封性能在一些环境温度极低的地区可靠性不高,并且使用不方便。通过对原真空封口接头进行优化分析、可靠性改进设计和试验验证,提高了单机设备的真空使用寿命,同时为低温加注设备的安全性和可靠性提供了保障。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum sealing joint is a kind of equipment which connects the cryogenic and vacuum equipment and vacuum extractor,its reliability directly affects the vacuum result,leak rate and vacuum life length.The present vacuum sealing joint use double seal and the sealing cap is brazed to the vacuum tube,so its tightness has low reliability and service performance.This paper presents a new kind of vacuum sealing joint by optimum analysis,improvement design and confirmatory test,the adaptive design is not only improving the vacuum life length but also supplying the security of the cryogenic liquid fueling system.
