基于阿基米德螺线的两臂柔性板弹簧的性能分析及比较

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND COMPARISON OF FLEXIBLE SPRING BASED ON TWO-FIGURE ARCHIMEDES SPIRAL

  • 摘要: 柔性板弹簧作为小型斯特林制冷机动子系统中支撑活塞的关键性部件,对提高制冷机的寿命和性能起到了十分关键的作用。基于阿基米德螺线,设计了一款应用于低温冰箱的自由活塞斯特林制冷机柔性板弹簧。通过改变曲线略角θ、基元半径R以及螺距V,使弹簧提供的机械刚度满足斯特林制冷机的需求,并使其最大应力降低至疲劳极限的70%。利用ANSYS软件将阿基米德螺线、费马型线和Sunpower型线进行有限元分析,并引入新的无量纲参数评价性能,发现在满足刚度需求的情况下,阿基米德螺线弹簧的最大应力最小且动态径向刚度稳定性高。

     

    Abstract: Flexible spring,which is used to support the piston components for improving the life and performance of the stirling refrigerator,has played a very crucial role in stirling cooler.Based on the archimedes spiral,a flexible spring was designed for a free piston stirling refrigerator at freezer temperatures.By changing the curve slightly θ,the radius of the element R and the pitch V,the spring provides suitable mechanical stiffness to meet the needs of the stirling refrigerator and reduce its maximum stress to 70%of the fatigue limit.The ANSYS software was used to make finite element analysis of archimedes spiral spring,fermat type spring and sunpower type spring,and the new dimensionless parameter was introduced to evaluate the performance of flexible spring.It was found that the maximum stress of archimedes spiral spring is the smallest and the stability of dynamic radial stiffness is also high.
