航天器深低温热管技术研究现状及发展趋势

CURRENT STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT TREND OF CRYOGENIC HEAT PIPE TECHNOLOGIES IN SPACECRAFT

  • 摘要: 未来空间天文观测和科学探测任务、大型长期空间任务以及空间超导技术的应用需要深低温系统提供支撑。深低温系统主要包括深低温获取技术和深低温热传输技术。总结了以深低温槽道热管、深低温环路热管、深低温柔性热管、深低温脉动热管为代表的四类典型深低温热传输技术在基础研究、应用研究及空间搭载验证方面的研究现状。在此基础上,提出了深低温热管技术未来的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Cryogenic system,mainly composed of cryogenic cooling devices and cryogenic heat transport devices,provides the necessary temperature environment for the future astronomical observation,scientific detection and long-term space mission,as well as for superconducting magnets.One of the most efficient cryogenic heat transport technology is cryogenic heat pipe technology,including grooved heat pipe,loop heat pipe,flexible heat pipe and pulsating heat pipe.In this paper,the current status of the above four types of heat pipe in theoretical study,application and flight verify tests are summarized.Moreover,the development trend of the cryogenic heat pipe technology was proposed.
