LED灯铝基板的测试评价技术研究

STUDY ON TEST AND EVALUATION OF LED ALUMINUM CORE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

  • 摘要: 阳极氧化铝基板同时具有高导热率和高绝缘性的优点,是一种性能优良的LED等铝基板。为了提高功率型LED灯的散热效率,对研制的铝基板进行了性能测试方法的研究。通过对常用的LED基板导热性能、绝缘性能以及金属电极膜层结合力测试方法进行对比研究,并选用了适合阳极氧化铝基板的测试方法对课题自主研制的铝基板关键性能进行了测试评价。结果表明:测试方法合理,基板的导热性能、绝缘性能以及金属电极膜层结合力满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: The Alumina substrate of anodizing is a kind of LED substrate with excellent properties with the advantages of high thermal conductivity and high insulation.In order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of LED,the performance test method of the developed aluminum substrate was studied.We made a comparative study on LED substrate thermal conductivity,the insulating property of the common metal electrode and the film adhesion test method,and select the appropriate test method of anodic alumina substrate was tested to evaluate the performance of key aluminum plate developed.The results show that the test method is reasonable,and the thermal conductivity,insulation performance and adhesion ability of the metal electrode film meet the application requirements.
