HOT器件用自由活塞斯特林制冷机研究进展

OVERVIEW OF FREE PISTON STIRLING CRYOCOOLERS FOR HOT DETECTORS

  • 摘要: 自由活塞斯特林制冷机可用于红外探测器组件的冷却, 具有振动小、 寿命长等优点。随着红外探测器工作温度的提高(HOT器件), 斯特林制冷机进入更小尺寸、 更低质量、 更高性能、 更低功耗和更低成本的发展方向, 即超小型斯特林制冷机。文章总结了近 10年国内外超小型自由活塞斯特林制冷机的发展概况, 并对超小型自由活塞斯特林制冷机的设计理念进行了介绍。

     

    Abstract: Due to the advantages of low vibration and long MTTF, Free Piston Stirling Cooler(FPSC)can be uesed to cool down the infrared detectors. With the development of the High Operation Temperature detector(HOT detector), reduction of size, weight, power along with higher performance and lower price is needed for the stirling cooler, which can be defined as micor-miniature stirling cooler. In this paper, we summarized the development of the micro-miniature FPSC at home and abroad in recent ten years, and introduced it’ s design balance. One novel micro-miniature FPSC prototype developed by Kunming Institute of Physics is also shown in this paper.
