正压漏孔校准装置性能研究

PRESSURE LEAK CALIBRATION FUNCTION RESEARCH

  • 摘要: 正压标准漏孔是在泄漏检测中提供参考气体流量, 用于正压标定检漏系统或确定泄漏量大小的参考标准。随着氦质谱检漏仪吸枪法的广泛应用, 对正压检漏法的定量性提出了更高的要求, 对正压标准漏孔漏率量值的精确校准日益迫切。文章研究了采用定容法和定量气体法建立的正压漏孔校准装置, 通过对该装置性能进行深入研究, 为量值准确传递和正压漏孔的精确校准提供理论及技术依据。

     

    Abstract: the positive pressure leak is to provide the reference gas flow in leak detection, leak detection system for pressure calibration or determine the leak size reference standard. With the wide application of helium leak detector suction gun, put forward higher requirements on the quantitative positive pressure leak detection method, the accurate calibration of positive pressure standard leak rate is increasingly urgent. This paper is the establishment of pressure leak calibration device by using constant volume method and quantitative gas method, through in-depth study on the performance of the device, to provide the theoretical and technical basis for accurate delivery and report for value.
