Abstract: Static evaporation rate is an important performance of welded insulated cylinders.According to the characters of heat stabilization/cryogenic liquid and installment of welded insulated cylinders，the paper puts forward the project of static evaporation rate measure periodic in working pressure.Comparing to the method of national standard，it made full use of characters of welded insulated cylinders，realized the measure in worked pressure，reduced the time to prepare and process in measurement and avoided discharge the high pressure gas to environment in welded insulated cylinders.In the data processing，it gave the result of static evaporation rate based on measuring data，which was convenience to contrast national standard.
